I am sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision. When I approached this shelter seeking help for an animal, the interaction was extremely unpleasant. Instead of cooperation or empathy, I was met with arrogance, blame and a dismissive attitude. Animal welfare work requires patience, accountability, and respectful communication especially when people reach out during stressful situations. Unfortunately, that was missing in my experience. I personally take care of animals in my locality and believe that compassion should extend not only to animals but also to people seeking help for them. Based on my experience, for animal emergencies in Agra, I would recommend contacting Animal Helpline or Jeev Asra (Sadar) instead. Ps: more number of likes on negative (1 star) reviews explain it all 👍🏻 This review is not written out of anger, but out of responsibility toward animal welfare and transparency. Jai Pashupatinath
