Hotel was nice. Location was great (very close to Taj mahal). Staff was nice and prompt on the services. We had issue with hot water in the morning. Hotel staff tried their best to fix hot water system. They even offered another hotel to take shower. They did what they could do. But it kind of messed up our plan. We were supposed to go Taj Mahal at 6:30 AM to beat the heat and humidity. We missed 6:30 appointment but visited at 9:30. It was so humid my daughter could not walk and fell sick at the end of the day. It kind of messed whole day in Agra and following day jaipur plans.

My experience was that the rooms of this hotel are big but the washroom size is very small and the food was very bad, the services were very slow even double calls had to be made for every order. the rest is fine as per the price.

Rooms were clean and service was great, staff was polite... We checked in past mid night and had no problem checking in... And the location is obviously best... As a tourist it was a steal deal....

The worst room ever, arrived at the hotel saying room was not ready. Reception terrible service, would not recommend it to anyone. When we got to the room, smell was horrendous and yuck. The standard of the room was not cleaned . We requested for towels at the reception they said laundry was closed. So we got a refund, wouldn’t recommend booking here.
