Pathetic. Hotel in amristar. Toilet seat were broken. No lock in toilet. There was no foot mat. Outside toilet. Room no. 401 rooms very dirty we had to ask Housekeeping twice to come and clean the rooms.

This hotel isn't clean at all not worth 4 star not sure how they rate them. There are rats on the second floor, and the bed mattresses aren't nice in rooms. We had to change the room thrice. Won't recommend this hotel anyone. A lot of options in the same lane next to this. Please avoid this one..

The room are very dirty. The washrooms are very unclean. There is fungus growing on walls, dirt and cobwebs on the side of the bed. There is no thermostat in the room. The room gets very cold during winters. The service is very slow. You need to call 5-6 times for fresh towel or room cleaning. There is no parking. The hotel is in a narrow road. They will take your car keys and park the car somewhere else and you will receive a dirty potty stained car next day. This hotel is very bad. Don't book it.
