They always answer the calls, give quick appointments, they have left ng working hours which offer a range of time options throughout the day, accessible location within the city. The staff is very well trained, they took good care of my dog, and groomed him well. I'm happy by the way they handle pets - healthy authority to control the panic and tantrums with care and compassion.

This time it was disappointing. The staff was very ill informed about the various packages. Though the grooming was done reasonably well.

Very disappointed with my experience at Scoopy Scrub, Bhopal. After grooming here, my dog developed a serious flea and tick infestation and is now on 10 days of medication. The hygiene standards did not seem adequate, and this negligence has affected her health. She is a family member to us, and this has caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. Will not recommend this facility to anyone!!
