I had a terrible experience at this aquarium shop. Today at 7 PM I bought some fish, and within just 1 hour of bringing them home, they were all dead. When I went back to the shop to raise the issue, the owner refused to take any responsibility. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of unhealthy fish or water quality issues in the shop, he bluntly told me it was "totally my responsibility" once I purchased them. This is unacceptable — if the fish can’t even survive for an hour, it clearly shows they were not healthy or properly cared for before being sold. A good shop should at least stand by the quality of what they are selling and show some accountability, but here the attitude was rude and dismissive. And honestly, if the fish can’t even survive at least one hour, why should anyone bother buying them and traveling long distances? It’s a complete waste of money, time, and effort. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop if you care about your money and the well-being of the fish you purchase. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
