If you are looking for a doctor who is great at providing excuses via WhatsApp while you’re panicking with a sick animal, this is the place for you. I’m sure the reply to this will be the usual defensive script or a passive-aggressive remark about how I "don't understand," but perhaps that energy would be better spent hiring an assistant who actually stays on-site to treat animals. Pro-tip for Pet Parents: Treat this clinic like a museum—nice to look at from the outside, but don't expect any actual service inside.
