I went for the vaccination of my puppy. No vaccine is available here. You need to purchase the vaccine from a nearby store at MRP..!
Worst place to treat an animal.. non experienced doctor .. rude and clumsy staffs. No emergency service and the medicine they prescribe most of them are extremely high in cost or not available in the market . Be careful before visiting here.
It's emergency dept and clinic for pets, decent doctors, and decent nurses. Staff are good. Government hospitals are what they are, good but you know it won't change suddenly but it will.
I took my cat for evaluation and treatment to this veterinary clinic with zero expectations, but to my surprise everything is well handled, considering a Govt establishment. The pet first needs to be registered at the counter who will direct you towards a particular table (with cat / dog) mentioned. Usually charge something like Rs 50 - 100 which is mentioned on boards. You will be assigned a junior doctor / intern to evaluate your pet for diseases and issues. They listened to me with patience and care. Then after sometime, the senior doctor / head of Depart visits your place, evaluates the initial findings, and writes the suggestive measures to be taken. Even if his visit to me was limited in time, he gave proper suggestions on tests and medicines. If you also want to get your pet checked up for issues at nominal costs, I can recommend this. The only issue is the lack of proper signage inside which creates locating the departments inside a bit of task but you can always ask any doctors inside and they will direct you towards the respective departments.
