terrible experience.My pet was very uncomfortable n cried a lot when bathing.He got eyes n ear infection becoz of careless treatment and kept crying continuously whole night even after two visits to the vet. We had to take him to the emergency room and got a steroid injection for the pain. Now its been 2 days and he is on antibiotics and painkillers and still very uncomfortable. They sent very unexperienced staff and when contacted again after grooming, they never replied or refunded the money.
