I am giving it one star at the moment because this app is all messed up, you cannot contact the developer, and there is no chip scanner in it, this app registers one pet more than one and has no option of removing them. I have no idea how a 200 Rs Voucher would help with Rs 1450 purchase 😂

Really loving their software for vets. It does the little things right. I really like it that i don't have to follow up with pet owners for the follow up vaccinations, as the software does it for me automatically. I have it on my phone and my PC without extra charges. :D

I have a 13-year-old Indian spitz and over the years I've tried continuously to look for a platform or designated place where I could reach out from time to time for different pet-related concerns. Honestly, this platform has helped me every time. They're quick to respond and make sure that my concerns were resolved. Would highly recommend to all pet lovers.

I had an online demo booked with them. After 10 minutes of nobody joining the meeting, I phoned them and they said they would join soon. They never did, nor did they answer my messages. If that is how they approach a potential new customer, I wonder how their existing customer support is.
