My experience here has been very amazing 🤩 Both my cats have had surgery here. The doctor is quite experienced, his knowledge is very good about pets. He provide good attention and explain the details really well and the staff is also very caring and helpful for your pet. You can hand over your fur babies to him without any doubt. A stray cat, being fed & cared for by a young girl, was admitted with a small wound on his paw. After taking an advance of 5K, today we got the poor cat discharged with a big open wound, acute dehydration & a state where he is too weak to stand. They asked the pet rescuer to bring food, she went daily from work to clean him & change the sheet he was lying on. No hygiene & from the looks of it, no cleaning or dressing of the wound was done, unless she stood & forced them to do it. The wound now has acute pus in it. The cat is currently getting drip in a beautifully run veterinary hospital because Alpha vets has brought him to a state near death. I read reviews online & so felt that alpha vets is a decent veterinary hospital. It isn’t. The reviews are incorrect or complete lies. You want to take your pet there, or worse, leave him there at the mercy of a non-existent veterinary staff, do it at your own risk & knowing that you are putting the wellbeing of your pet at risk. In today’s day & age, this place needs to be shut down. You cannot run a clinic like this with this kind of attitude. Doon today has excellent veterinary facilities. Do not let your pets suffer in a place like this. Disgusting, disgraceful behaviour!

I recently took my dog to here for neutering surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Dhaval was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process.
