Grand Ambassador Hotel, Kottayam – Highly Recommended We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Ambassador Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A special mention to Bincy and Divya at the reception, who were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to guide us with directions and arrange transportation. We did have a small mishap with our daughter’s dress being damaged by the laundry, but Jobin handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and ensured it was resolved smoothly. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kottayam.
