We had a wonderful experience...food was very good and hygiene fully maintained...the staff were extremely courteous...had a very pleasant stay...highly recommended for those visiting Kottayam

The food and restaurant were good, but the experience was spoiled by poor security management. My car was damaged by a drunken auto driver right in front of the premises, and the security guard did nothing to stop or report it. When I confronted the driver, the security even asked him to leave instead of addressing the issue or informing me. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible behaviour from the staff. Update I received a prompt follow-up from the hotel management after posting my review. They personally reached out, assured me that any repair costs incurred would be covered by them, and expressed genuine concern about the incident. I appreciate their responsible approach and willingness to take accountability. It's good to see management that values its guests and takes corrective action seriously.

Very Nice place to stay with large rooms . Well maintained and very clean . The interiors , right from lobby area to room to restuarant is all good . Excellent food in their Restobar. The staff is very well.mannered and always around to help out .The security guards were also helpful and well.manerred. The hotel , the rooms etc is as seen in the photos in the website and so nothing to worry about to second guess that . Ample parking too . Had booked this place just based on visuals in the various websites and also reading earlier reviews . Would recommend this place to all for a good stay in Kottayam.. When checking out , I had lost the key card and they charged me Rs 300 for that . However later they found the key card somewhere on the ground and called up and informed me. They GPaid the amount to me.

I ordered their beef biriyani and it was stellar. When I opened the raita packet and thick goodness fell out i knew this wasn't your mediocre biriyani in Kottayam with watery sides. A great pickle to go with it. The star was ofcourse -the biriyani, their emphasis on quality shines thru- it was just so good. Very impressed, and looking forward to trying more of their food. A gem right by my house

Good clean rooms and great service. The linen were worn out and definitely needed replacement. Not very happy with the food either in the restaurant though. Could have been better quality. Also, being a business and a leisure hotel, a much more efficient concierge desk would go a long way. We had a few questions for the reception which they could not help with unfortunately.
