Absolute nightmare. I booked a week in advance, paid the full amount, and personally called to confirm a late check-in. When we arrived late at night, the staff denied us rooms claiming a "clerical mistake" and that the hotel was full. To make matters worse, while we were standing there waiting, the staff gave a room to a customer who had booked over the phone that same day and arrived after us. We were left stranded in the middle of the night, and the staff even refused to issue an immediate refund, insisting they could only do it the next day. This place is unreliable and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Worse experience!!! We booked a room for higher cost coz we wanted laxuary experience!!! Even payed extra for breakfast and they gave our booked room for someone else what kind of service is this!! How can you give a booked room to someone else we were a 4 people and gave small room we couldn't sleep properly!!! They didn't even gave us extra water ! 😡😡 Food service was bad complimentary breakfast had only 2 items!!! We lost money for room

Worst experience ever. This property is one among the worst property I ever stayed. The staff is so rude and creepy. Food is so bad. So unclean room with all bugs and stuff like that. They prefer unmarried couples, but place this these kind of staffs are not to be trusted. Almost same rate a real start hotel named “ Windsor castle” just walkable from this hotel. Windsor castle is an amazing huge property with good staff, great ambience and superb food. You can compare the rates too. Athira is not a start hotel from my eyes. Worst hotel ever.

Stayed at the residence twice and it was really good. We walked in without any booking the first time as we had a terrible experience at Windsor. Service was nice and catered to all our baby needs. Hidden gem residency.
