A good hotel. They have enough staff to attend our needs immediately. Good behavior. Just opposite to Kerala State Road Transport Bus stand, Kottayam. Those who comes here by KSRTC bus need to put few steps only to get in it. They have a open car parking behind it.

The hotel is ideal because of its location. The staff is well mannered and very helpful. When we asked for a medical shop, they were ready to give us medicines and always had the most pleasing face. The rooms were just ok and not that great. In fact, the bathroom even he had a bad smell. Coming to the food, the kerala meals, fish curry, fish fry and beef were not that great. The Chinese dishes were good. Again, the service in the restaurant was really good.
