I visited this veterinary hospital mainly because of Dr. Raveendran. He is a good doctor and seems experienced, but I was quite disappointed with the attitude and approach of some of the junior doctors. They appeared uninterested and were unnecessarily slow in providing care. My dog was already very anxious and panicking, yet the staff showed little concern or urgency even for a simple injection that was already prescribed. After Dr. Raveendran examined my dog, a junior doctor came about 10 minutes later, asked just the name of my dog, and left. When I checked again after another 10 minutes, she was still holding the syringe and talking with her colleagues. I was charged ₹9,000 for just two visits, which is acceptable if the service reflects professionalism and compassion — but sadly, that was missing. As a doctor myself working in a government hospital, I understand how busy things can get, but I never delay treatment unnecessarily or ignore the emotional state of a patient. If any of the junior doctors happen to read this feedback, I sincerely request you to reflect on medical ethics and the attitude you show towards your patients. People come to you not for free service — they pay the fee you charge — and all they expect in return is professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for those poor, helpless creatures.

I went there for taking an opinion for my dog's condition. First we took consultation from govt vet hospital, the doctor told us there's no treatment as of now. So we visited Vertis hospital for a second opinion. the doctor here also told the same. the bill came around Rs.760. Not affordable for everyone in my opinion.
