Good food and generally friendly hotel staff, with spacious rooms and a convenient location near the city. The restaurant service was pleasant, and meals were enjoyable. However, hygiene standards in the rooms and common areas need improvement to meet expectations. Another downside was the behaviour of the security staff, who were not polite or welcoming, which left a negative impression. With better cleanliness and improved security manners, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

Waiters and housekeeping staff can be more polished. Dont rush us to pay the bill and move out of restaurant. Similary, dont rush us to checkout.

Room was to the standard of the hotel. Location was excellent. Food was pathetic. If I am not wrong, the mutton dish we were served was probably very old cooked raw stock. We could not consume it. Breakfast was reasonable.
