The main doctor is very good. But the staff a bit irresponsible. I took my dog which was serious and it did not receive immediate treatment. I lost my dog. They said it is 1st come 1st chance.

My cat was attacked by a group of dogs and was rushed to a veterinary hospital immediately. She had sustained severe injuries and lost a significant amount of blood. Despite the seriousness of her condition, Gopal Krishna Bhat (G. K. Bhat) did not clean or properly treat the wound. When we questioned this, we were informed that the wound should be left untreated. He administered an injection, prescribed medication, and asked us to return the following day. When we brought our cat back the next day and again requested proper wound treatment, Gopal Krishna Bhat (G. K. Bhat) gave the same response, stating that the cat would lick the wound herself and that no intervention was required. By this time, the wound had developed a foul smell; however, we were still only advised to continue with the same medication. At this stage, we were extremely concerned about her deteriorating condition. If Gopal Krishna Bhat (G. K. Bhat) lacked the necessary expertise to handle such a serious and critical case, he should have clearly communicated this at the outset and advised us to immediately seek treatment at another hospital. Instead, administering injections and delaying appropriate wound care resulted in a worsening of the animal’s condition, which is unacceptable. Believing that the treatment being provided was ineffective, we sought a second opinion at another clinic on the third day following the incident. The veterinary team there immediately cleaned the wound, confirmed that it was already infected, and performed surgery. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we lost our cat later that same evening. Attached are photographs of my cat taken at the time of consultation at the second clinic on the third day after the incident, for reference. The thing that surprised me was how neatly this place is maintained. I took my dog for vaccination without a prior appointment, there was only one doctor and there were many pet parents with their pets so we had to wait a little. I think they could fix it by having more doctors. Other than that it was a nice experience. The doctor was kind. Prices are reasonable.

We took our fur baby Dimpu for her yearly vaccination today 🐾💉 I was a little skeptical at first, but my perception completely changed once we entered the premises. The hospital was beautifully maintained, clean, and the entire staff was extremely cooperative and caring. Thank you for all the help!
