We had brought our cat while coming to the hospital it was okay And doctor told that she have Fever and told us to bring 2 injections after giving the injection she couldn't even walk she suffer the pain and died within the hours . The doctor is not professional please do not bring your pets to this Hospital He don't know How to treat when we informed the doctor our cat is died He just cut the call we regret coming to this Hospital "PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS DOCTOR " 🙏🙏

Doc bhat is very good. His hands were full with so many people but still was very polite. Also, doesn't do treatments if it goes away on its own.my cat leg was fractured. Other hospital said it needs be operated by potting up rod and it will cost 10k. Not exaggerating. Then for second opinion I took her there. He said same but charges were cheaper. When he began the process, after giving sadation he told the fracture will heal on its own. Just make sure cat doesn't jump anywhere for 30 days. Gave pain killer I guess. We did that and in 45 days my cat was jumping and running around. One star down not for the doctor but for the facility. They need equipments and more staff to handle the crowd.

Worst experience ever! The doctor was not even present at the hospital. The staff just took a picture and sent it to the doctor, and without even seeing my pet properly, they said it’s a virus. This is completely unprofessional and careless. If you really care about your pet’s health, I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all!

Heartbreaking experience – I lost my cat due to negligence I am writing this with a broken heart. I trusted this clinic with my cat’s life, and today I lost him. I took my cat earlier when he was unwell and he was given vaccines. After that, his condition kept getting worse. For four days, my cat did not eat or drink anything. He was vomiting and having difficulty breathing. Watching him suffer was extremely painful. Today morning, I took him again and clearly told the doctor that my cat was not eating, not drinking, vomiting, and struggling to breathe. I begged them to please take it seriously. Instead of showing urgency or proper care, they told me to just give ORS and said nothing else could be done. Even after I repeated that my cat could not eat or drink at all, there was no concern. No proper examination. No tests. No emergency treatment. By night, my cat passed away. I am devastated and heartbroken. I trusted them when my pet needed help the most, and that trust failed us. This pain will stay with me forever. Please think carefully before taking your pets here.
