Had an amazing experience visiting this NGO! I got the chance to meet so many dogs, cats, rabbits, and more. The place is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and caring. They are taking care of nearly 250 dogs along with many other animals. Truly inspiring work!

This organization near my home is very helpful. I found a newborn puppy, just 1 or 2 days old, left under a car in the rain. It was crying, so I took it home and dried it. I didn’t know what to do next, so I called this organization. They came within 15 minutes and took great care of the puppy. Their kindness and quick response were amazing. God bless them!

Few years ago, I'd say PFA was such a good place for strays as they helped my stray dog from maggots and the young doctors were so so kind. They used to connect with the animals and let us know about their recovery etc. But now, they don't seem to care (besides paying for the treatment!!!!) Apparently, they didn't even touch my Stray cat when she was in pain or atleast check what's with her assuming they can handle her (as they deal with strays often). She died later. None of the animals came back alive from this place. Even before they treat your animals, they'd make it sound like your pet is never gonna make it. I'd recommend not to take your animals here. If you still want to take your pet there, please make sure to research about the issue your pet has and what way it can be treated so that you'll know if they are doing it right. They kinda focus more on money than the treatment of the patient which should be the priority!

I would have given zero star if I had to. But I can't. I called this people so many times all they asked for to send the video of the dog and the location. I could have takenn that dog to my home and treated it but I already own a dog . I really felt sorry for that German shepherd that . Helpless . If u reading this review people just don't call them they won't respond . Name only people for animals . They won't respond calls.

Amazing organization doing incredible work for stray and rescued animals! The staff and volunteers are super kind, passionate, and dedicated. A great place to volunteer, donate, or just visit and spend some time with the animals. Totally inspired by their commitment! 🐶🐱❤️
