Absolutely horrendous experience at Vetz for Petz! Took my cat here after he was attacked by stray dogs, and the level of care was shockingly poor. On the first visit, they claimed there was only one wound and didn't even bother prescribing antibiotics—just some ointment and rabies shots. They repeated the same negligent treatment on the second visit. By the third visit, the wound was severely infected, oozing pus, and they had completely missed a second wound! Despite the obvious signs of infection and our concerns, the vet refused to perform any scans or proper examinations. Instead, they insisted we come back daily for antibiotics, which was a clear sign they were more interested in milking money than providing actual care. We lost all faith in their competence and sought a second opinion. The new vet was far more professional and immediately noticed the wound was in the thoracic region, which could have led to pneumonia if the infection had spread further, he was later diagnosed with pneumonia in his left lung. Vetz for Petz displayed a shocking lack of knowledge and concern for animal welfare. Their negligence put my cat's life at serious risk. If you care about your pet, stay FAR AWAY from this place. They are completely incompetent and only seem interested in lining their pockets with daily visits. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak—find a vet who actually knows what they are doing!

What I am going through, I wish nobody has to go through! I lost my kitten in this clinic, they said it was doing absolutely fine and I can get it back home. I decided to meet my kitten in hospital and anyways next day I'll get it discharged, but!!! When went there... It had passed away! I mean how can somebody assure that it absolutely fine and this happens at the end! Terrible! I read few reviews and most of the reviews on the pet cat is same.. 😮‍💨

Got an injured stray dog admitted here that was involved in a car accident. The dog's hind legs were immobilized and it was in pain. Took help from another organization's dog catcher and brought the dog here using a net. Dr. Bhagya sedated the dog, checked all possible injuries and admitted the dog in the clinic for treatment. The care given to the dog was good. They also suggested the next steps and plan of action once discharged. The bill was a bit on the hefty side and they do not accept credit cards/debit cards either. Only payment modes are via cash or UPI transfer.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Manohar and his assistants Roshan and Madan for their excellent treatment. They saved my cat at midnight and handled the situation with great professionalism and politeness..

Worst veterinary hospital ever. Avoid at all costs. My 2-month-old kitten was already under treatment and only needed IV fluids continued. Due to their negligence and wrong handling, my kitten aspirated vomit and died choking in front of me. They did not even know to keep her upright while she was vomiting. This hospital killed my otherwise healthy kitten because of untrained and careless staff. I am completely traumatized. Please do not trust this place with your pet’s life. This does not deserve even a single star. Just be cause i needed to write review i gave one .
