I would like to share my recent experience. My dog was brought in for an emergency delivery situation, as a puppy was stuck in the birth canal and the condition was urgent. Despite informing the staff about the emergency, there was no immediate hands-on examination. The initial focus was on registration and X-ray procedures, which caused a delay in treatment. By the time proper intervention was attempted, the situation had already become critical. Communication during the process was also not very clear, and the handling of the emergency did not meet expected standards. My intention is not to blame anyone, but in emergency cases, timely decision-making and immediate medical attention are extremely important. I hope the hospital improves its emergency response system in the future.

This place is the worst place to take your pet they just make your pets situation even worse they are just so irresponsible and think of pets as trash they are like it's our job so we will just do it like a formality my cats situation got worse and worse after i took him there and at last he died.

I have been taking my dog for treatment all facilities are available and it's a government hospital so fees is nominal and staff behaviour towards Animal is good which i didn't expect from a government hospital i really had good experience.

Great treatment. Good facilities for treatment of animals. A team of well qualified vets work here who are really good at their job. Facilities like x-ray, USG, Lab tests, IPD etc are available here at nominal fee by government.
