Check in took 40 minutes because of staff incompetence. Lobby was congested. Paint on the walls was crumbling. Guyeser was giving only warm water. No restaurant. Free limited breakfast was provided,but one and half hour after order. Staff of room service were not well trained. Though room size is ok,on the whole the experience was bad.

The photos of this hotel look good but those are old photos. This has been my worst experience in a hotel. There are bed bugs crawling in every room. After changing 2 rooms, we got a room which was very dirty and the bathroom was also pretty dirty. The bedsheets have stains and hair of the previous guests. Also, 1 of the employees told us that they clean the room every month. That is just a shocking thing to hear and it disgusted us to even sleep for 1 night. No WiFi even though they advertise it, no towels for bathing, TV remote don't work are few other problems we faced. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!

Upasana hotel looks like it is a older one. They had complimentary breakfast which was really tasted good. Otherwise they had size able room for 3 adults. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable enough. They also provided towels. There were some cleanliness issues which can be solved. Also some of the light in my room during my stay was not working, which I hope will be fixed soon. We had really great experience considering it was a budget hotel. If you want to travel there and you want a budget hotel I would recommend this hotel. I was not able to click its pictures but I can assure you that it is a nice place to stay on a budget.

Please do not go to this hotel. Especially never with family. The room is very dirty. A lot of cockroaches were found in the room. Because of which we had to change rooms last night... 3rd room had to be changed due to no hot water in the morning. This hotel is not like a good hotel to stay. 0-star

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The convenient location made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
