I and some of my colleagues were staying in this hotel for our training. The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The staff is very good especially Prince Tiwari sir, Saroj mam, Arti mam, Bhoomi mam, Megha mam, Sohan sir .

The hotel condition is very bad. First if all the entry gate to hotel is on the back side. It took me 20 mins to identify where was the hotel. No signages of hotel. And if you find the hotel you have to enter from a long parking where there is no one to guide you towards the reception. The parking area is very dirty and filthy. When you reach to the reception it looks like we have come to some local lodge. The night staff at reception Mr. Mayur is very arrogant. I asked him if he can help me with some water bottles his answer was there is no one in housekeeeing right now and I am sleeping so wait till morning.
Food is delicious mr. Rajeev and anuj chef very polite. And good. Tasty food breakfast and dinner superb . About. Room. Net and clean. All. Beacon staff. Helpful The hotel is very well located
I must acknowledge the exceptional service and hospitality shown by the hotel staff during my stay there. I am a person on wheelchair.. since the construction was still ongoing, there were 3 steps to access the ramp. Their staff helped lifting the wheelchair. Also for the category of room booked by our agents, I noted that there was a step to go to bathroom Considering my difficulty, they immediately upgraded me to higher category room which had a flat entry to bathroom Also restaurant was not accessible by lift. So they arranged for my dinner and breakfast in room itself.. Hotel is currently not a good choice for wheelchair users but their service standards and hospitality was top notch.. I would surely recommend for regular visitors
