My confirmed booking was cancelled at the last minute by the hotel staff member Dinesh and the owner, citing that the property was “sold out.” This is unacceptable, as the reservation was made 15 days in advance and included a valid confirmation number and PIN from Booking.com. No legitimate reason was provided for the cancellation. This reflects a highly unprofessional attitude and poor management. Such properties should be delisted to prevent travelers from being stranded.
Dont book this hotel.. Its very bad experience for me.. Rooms are very small.. Washroom is not cleaned.. They told very lie.. Whenever i called for booked room they told me.. They give us a city view room.. No cattle in room.. Bed sheet is not cleaned.. Blanket is not good.. This is worst experience.. No curtains in bathroom.. Totally waste of money.. They charge me 2300/- for 2days.. But is not good no facilities in this hotel.. But nova viva and nova vista they are facilities are nice..
WORST is the word i would like to use for the hotel. Rooms were continuously smelling bad, not cleaning daily at all. Ordered tea thay comes after an hour Cup of tea is there only where we put it in the morning till night. Not coperative understandable staff All the taps and equipments in the washroom broken. Very bad smell in the room in the from bedsheet and all Disgusting at all. We booked 12 rooms but hospitality 0 none of room is cleaned we went out in the morning came at night finds the room as it is like we left.
Red flag. Worst ever experience, rooms without hot water. They changed my room after one day after repetitive requests. No hygiene maintained. No ventilation in family rooms. Foul smell when you enter into the room. Worst room service, staff is arrogant . They tried to charged me for the food I never ordered.
The hotel is big and looks good from the outside, but the service was very disappointing. In our room, the drainage overflowed and the heater was not working. What kind of hospitality is this? Guests come to relax, not to deal with such basic issues. We pay for good service and comfort, not for handling the hotel’s problems. The management seriously needs to improve their service quality.
