I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. The service was unbelievably poor. Delays in everything — room cleaning never happened on time, requests were constantly forgotten, and there was zero sense of responsibility or urgency from anyone.Overall, this hotel fails in the most basic areas of hospitality. I would never recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment.

Hotel Nova Star is situated at the middle of the Town Rajko, Although there is parking available outside the Hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean with almost all facilities like air conditioner, fan, cupboard, table, bed side tables, doormat, ashtray, cold water, toothpaste and brush kit, hot water etc There is shower gel and handwash available in each bathroom. You can also order tea, breakfast etc from your room. There are lift and wide starcase available. Smoke detector in each room surprised me. Staff members are also co-operative and polite.
