Its a grooming center as well .Extremely bad service .they dont even know basics of pet grooming.. and they are charging 1800 /- for normal bathing . Not even done the hygiene cut. The groomers were well behaved. So they were ready to do the cuts when i asked.. they told they are in the starting stage. Then why they are charging this much if they are not providing a good service.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. One of my cats gave birth to two kittens, and the next day, we brought her here because she was having trouble urinating. After a scan, the doctor (a lady) immediately diagnosed her with a large kidney stone (incurable) and claimed that her bladder was full and that she was in critical condition. She delivered this news without any hesitation or concern for our emotions, which was extremely distressing. Thankfully, we decided to seek a second opinion at Kokkala Government Veterinary Hospital the next day. After performing a proper scan, the vets there confirmed that my cat was perfectly healthy. The issue was simply stress-related because I had temporarily separated her from my other cats after giving birth. This experience made me question the competence and professionalism of the doctor we saw at this hospital. Making such a serious misdiagnosis without proper evaluation is unacceptable, and the lack of empathy was equally concerning. I do not recommend this place at all, especially if you're looking for reliable and compassionate veterinary care.

We just love beatswayPet Hospital. We are always seen at a reasonable time, the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I am always satisfied with the services is good and Fantastic and caring people here !we are very satisfied with the care given to our cat ! I recently took my 2 month old kitten with a neck issue. Due to that he was unable to walk or sit properly. I consulted with Mr. Dr.Shahabas and he was such an amazing guy with a lot of patience . He examined well and he suggested some exercises, tablets and tonic. Within 4-5 days we could see a big change in kittens health conditions. This hospital is kind of a blessing for those who have pets at their home. Very attentive, compassionate and patient. I will surely recommend this place, if you are really looking for a pet specialist. Very neat and clean environment and friendly staff. The real voice of " UNHEARD"
